Bird of Paradise plants are another of my favorite flowers that grow in profusion around California. Originally, I was not going to include my floral paintings on this page. A friend once told me to stick to one theme. How can I when so many things inspire me to paint?

This painting is a twin to the Calla Lily painting, “Energía de la Lily” At present, they hang on either side of my massive king size bed, adding balance and color. They are both the same size paintings with identical matching frames.
